Kunzite makes it easy for us to surrender to ourselves. In this surrender, we can really open up to ourselves and realise which aspect of ourselves we want to live now. At the same time, we also find the necessary courage to do so.

For each month, a crystal appears that would like to accompany and support us with the global and our themes. I will show you exercises that you can work with yourself. You don’t necessarily have to have this stone, because you can connect with it via the video and stay in contact with it afterwards and continue to work with it for yourself.
