The stone for the month of November is labradorite, which brings light into our grey everyday life with its many colours and helps us to make our own hidden colours shine.

For each month, a crystal appears that would like to accompany and support us with the global and our themes. I will show you exercises that you can work with yourself. You don’t necessarily have to have this stone, because you can connect with it via the video and stay in contact with it afterwards and continue to work with it for yourself.
